TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of join-valor.com, the Valor Division application process, and the Valor Division SMS recruiting program. By using the site, submitting an application, or texting our recruiting number, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application.

Valor Division is operated by Scapin Solutions Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota.

01 · Acceptance

By accessing this site, submitting the application form, or sending or receiving messages with our recruiting number, you accept these Terms and the companion Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with an effective date.

02 · Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Our target operator profile is 18–27, but applications outside that range are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States to be hired into an operator role.
• You must provide accurate information on the application form. Materially false statements are grounds for disqualification or termination.

03 · The application process — important disclaimers

• Submitting the application form does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or any other contractual obligation between you and Valor Division or Scapin Solutions Group LLC.
• Acceptance into the recruiting funnel — including invitations to the founder screen call or to an in-market shadow day — does not guarantee any particular outcome.
• Any earning figures referenced on this site (including the "earnings ladder" section) are illustrative potential ranges, not guaranteed income, not promises, and not offers. Door-to-door solar sales is commission-only; some operators earn zero, some earn well into six figures, and the system explicitly does not promise either.
• Comparison figures referenced elsewhere on the site (for example, illustrative earnings for trades apprentices, four-year-degree starting salaries, or retail entry roles) are general illustrations from public data, not statements about any specific employer or position.
• The founder personally reviews and screens applicants. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

04 · SMS / text messaging program — your consent and our terms

By submitting the application form and providing a mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Valor Division (sent from a number identifying as the Valor Division recruiting line) regarding your application, your founder screen call scheduling, your in-market shadow day, your start date, and any other matter related to your active recruiting process.

• Message frequency varies based on your application activity.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS. You will receive one final confirmation and will not be texted again from the recruiting number unless you re-opt-in.
• Reply HELP for help. You will receive a short response identifying us and pointing you to this page and to /privacy.
• Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you submit the form using someone else's phone number without their consent, you are in breach of these terms and we may reject your application.

Mobile phone numbers, opt-in status, and SMS message contents are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full data handling disclosure.

05 · Acceptable use of the site

• Use the site and the application process honestly and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, attack its infrastructure, or scrape it at high volume.
• Do not submit fraudulent applications, impersonate someone else, or provide a phone number or email that is not yours and that the owner has not explicitly authorized you to use.
• Do not submit any information through the form that you do not have the right to share.

06 · Intellectual property

The site's content, design, brand marks, and copy are owned by Scapin Solutions Group LLC or used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote brief excerpts for personal or non-commercial editorial purposes. You may not republish, mirror, frame, or commercially redistribute the site or its content without prior written permission.

07 · Disclaimers

The site and the recruiting process are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scapin Solutions Group LLC disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• The information on the site is complete, current, or free of typos and errors.
• Any specific application outcome, founder call, shadow day invitation, or hiring decision will result from your application.

08 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scapin Solutions Group LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, the application process, or the SMS program — including lost profits, lost earnings, lost opportunities, or damages from delays or non-delivery of messages — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. (Note: we do not charge applicants for applying.)

09 · Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scapin Solutions Group LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or the SMS program, or any misrepresentation in your application.

10 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at join-valor.com/terms with an effective date. Continued use of the site or the SMS program after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
